If you’re looking for somewhere to eat and drink during your trip, we have rounded up just a few of our favourites.

Bardsley’s Fish & Chips

When you visit any British seaside town, you simply must try some fish and chips. Fish and chips is a traditional delicacy that’s found all across the country. While there are many options to choose from, Bardsley’s certainly tops the list for its freshly battered cod. This popular fast-food eatery has been going strong since 1926. Choose to dine-in or take it away to the beach and gaze out to see – just watch out for those seagulls!

Curry Leaf Café

The Curry Leaf Café sets itself apart with traditional Indian cuisine and unique dessert options, thanks to a collaboration with Boho Gelato. If you are vegetarian, you will simply love this menu. Choose from southern Indian classics and tantalising thali platters before moving onto something sweet.

The Salt Room

If fried fish isn’t your thing, then maybe you’d prefer to sample some fresh seafood instead. Set along Brighton’s vibrant seafront, The Salt Room offers high-quality cuisine in an elegant setting. Perfect for special occasions, this stylish seafood restaurant serves everything from high-quality oysters to a beach-inspired dessert.

64 Degrees

For an unforgettable fine dining experience, 64 Degrees ticks all the boxes. Situated in the fashionable Brighton Lanes quarter, this elegant restaurant focuses on beautifully presented small plates. The restaurant also boasts an open kitchen and a wonderful tasting menu that uses locally sourced ingredients. 64 Degrees has received an accolade of awards since 2016. Be sure to check it out for yourself.
