What does the Partnership do?

The South Downs Tourism Partnership is a public-private sector partnership aiming to: 

  • Market the South Downs as a world class visitor destination
  • Collaboratively lead the delivery of our mission statement with our partners.
  • Operate & publish a constantly improving range of website, public relations, print & digital media channels.
  • Deliver South Downs destination messages direct to a targeted audience of people locally, nationally and worldwide
  • Support locally owned businesses by delivering and maintaining a ‘spend local’ campaign, including an incentive scheme.
  • Provide a voice to the South Downs tourism economy
  • Support local tourism businesses with coaching, training & networking opportunities.
